Shockwave Player Will Not Work

    All of a sudden I can't get Shockwave Player to work in Shockwave.com's jigsaw puzzle. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times but it just will not work for me. Please any help appreciated guys!!! :eek::eek:

    Ok I have done what was suggested and still it won't work. I have even done a system file check that said was ok. Please any help apprciated. I have a Dell computer running XP Pro Media Edition. I have both IE 7 & firefox.:cry
