Shutdown 203 and Spyware Removal Wizard?

I recently had a virus or some such in which I was constantly bombarded with Brave Sentry ads. After downloading, and paying for, a full version of Prevx1, I thought I was out of the proverbial woods, so to speak. However, now my computer keeps shutting itself down using some NT System access and giving me the Shutdown 203 message. I also keep getting popups for a Spyware Removal Wizard, telling me my computer isn't safe and I need to scan it with a "recommended scanner." Prevx1 picks up nothing else, and while CounterSpy did the first time I ran it for a log (after which I waited to see if it had fixed the problem), my computer continues to shut itself down.

    Please help,
    Jeff
(attached below are my logs, HJT, ShowNew and GetRunkey first, followed by Counterspy)

Can't seem to find Panda Scan, Bitdefender or Counterspy logs, so I'm running them again. Post as soon as I'm done.

I Couldn't find the edit button, so I've sadly got to bump my post, which will take it to the back of the worklog, but here is my CounterSpy log, I tried running Bitdefender, but it could never finish before my comp reset itself (At the time of reset, the estimated remaining time was 7 hours though, and it had already been running for 2). With Panda Scan it'd just get to the middle of the scan and then freeze (not my computer, but the scan)

Edit: for some reason I have an edit button for this post but not the others... Anyway, I read that I can stop the auto shutdown by inputting "shutdown -a" through the taskmanager, but I am kinda afraid to do that, cause I don't know what other reprocussions that might have, or if the shutdown is a way my computer is protecting itself from other viruses, and not the actions of a virus as previously though...

If you're on Cable/DSL run the scans in Safe Mode w/ Networking. Also, run CounterSpy once more and this time remove all found infections.
