Shutdown Error- (SCHTASKS.EXE failed to initialize)

On Shutdown of (Vista/Home Premium)- I see for 5 seconds- SCHTASKS.EXE failed to initialize Then it disappears and machine shuts down. No other problems observed using the machine. Appreciate help in solving this Error message!!!

 

You have a task that is scheduled, but failed to execute before you shutdown your machine.
What tasks do you have scheduled? and when are they scheduled to occur?

 

Thanks for the reply--How do I determine what and when tasks are scheduled-If any????

 

HOW TO TELL WHAT TASKS ARE SCHEDULED????

 

There should be an icon in control panel called scheduled tasks. There's one in XP and there should be one in Vista as well.
