Signing in Problem with other sites.

I have a friend who asked me how to fix this problem.
He cant sign in with his hotmail account on his user for windows because he says that it says that its the wrong password, but when he goes on his dads it lets him in.
What's wrong?

The password for hotmail isn't stored locally, so it should make no difference which account he uses.

Unless off course, on his dads account it's set to sign in automatically, and on his account he entered the wrong password and selected to store it.

Has he/she actually tried to manually type in the password?

 

He said that she typed it in.
He also tried singing in with his dads on his Windows user and it gave em this.

For when he signs in with his it goes white and then goes back to the page saying this.

"To verify your identity for Hotmail, please retype your password."

How to Enable "Third Party" Cookies

Select Tools | Internet Options... from the main menu.
Change to the "Privacy" tab
Click Advanced...
Check "Override automatic cookie handling"
To enable: Select "Accept" for "First-party Cookies" and "Third-party Cookies" Check "Always allow session cookies"
