Silverlight 5 Issues

I hope this is the right page to ask a question, but I am having issues with Silverlight 5. I have the latest version installed on my computer and I've been to numerous test web sites (http://bubblemark.com/sl3/TestPage.html , http://research.microsoft.com/en-us/um/redmond/events/techfest2013/deepzoom/68/ ), all of which have worked perfectly, however, there is one page in particular that refuses to load within Google Chrome and IE 9 (Each browser it at it's latest version as well). I have tested it on another computer with the same browsers and it comes up just fine.

What would cause this to happen? If more information is needed, please let me know and I will retrieve it. I have attempted to uninstall and reinstall Silverlight, and disabled / re-enabled. :cry

 

I do not use chrome and I rarely use IE 9 so I have no plugins installed on IE.

Check if you are using a 32 bit or a 64 bit browser. I'm not sure how you'd check the bits on the addons.

 

Thanks for the reply. Both browsers are 32-bit, running on a 64-bit system. I took a look at the article you mentioned but I'm not sure it pertains to this situation, since there are quite a few Silverlight pages that work but this one is stuck. I'm just stuck why it works on this other system with the same OS and program versions. :cry
