Sisoftware reading

    Hey guys, I have a Gateway S500 that originally had a 2.0 CPU. Now I have a 2.4 in it. Sisoft is showing my speed at 1.2, half of what I should be running. Is this my CPU or my BIOS? What do you think. Any suggestions???
