Site/DNS Blocker

i need a good program to augment my router's DNS filtering and website blocking features in which only 30 sites can be blocked/filtered any time...and these features really slow down, even disrupt at times, my connection.

i have tried OpenDNS service but since my ISP provided me with a public IP, someone already added my public IP and monitoring the internet the way he/she wants it.

i am using firefox as the default browser and the last thing i want to do is alter the host files of all my 10 PCs just to block those unwanted sites...

please help me on this one and thank you!

 

May be you can do it through Windows Host File.
