Slow load time of explorer windows

    I'm using windows xp.

    When I click start then click my documents, my computer or control panel etc it takes an age (about 10 seconds) for the folder to appear on the screen.

    Once it's there I can navigate about at normal speed but it's rather annoying having to wait a while for it.

    I've ran ad-aware several times and I have Spyware doctor running.

    Anything I can do to get around it?

    Try CCleaner and run cleaner and issue.post what's happen.

    Look's a good wee program. However, I ran both cleaner and issues and it still takes an age to appear.

    any other help keep it coming?
