slow web page loading or page not found

hello..!

since yesterday i am dealing with the above problem. i was using apple safari as my default browser but suddenly web pages were loading way too slow! firefox is just a little bit better! don't ask me about ie, i just can't use it!

i have changed dns servers and tried disabling dns prefetching without any result. resetting safari had no results either. i guess this has to do something with the plug-ins or add-ons, maybe there are too many installed... java, shockwave, flash player etc.

i am running win xp. i am not using any anti-virus, just spybot, malware-bytes anti-malware and ccleaner. my pc is clean! i run eset online scan and symantec online scan last week and 2 or 3 trojans that were found, have been removed.

i had my disk defragmented last week as well. the last thing whichi have installed was microsoft .net framework 4 and some microsoft updates a few minutes before this problem occured!
