Small Cross-browser (specifically gecko engine) problems

I'm using background-position in my style sheet to make the banner gradient image for "My Portfolio" and I doesn't work with gecko engine browsers. Is there another method I could use to make it so that the image will cover the whole spot.

BTW, you can see what I mean by opening the page in IE. It displays it correctly there.
