soft reset for Linksys BEFW411S router

Is there anyway to send a command my router, or any gui option in its program that would allow for a reboot of the router, so I could do it from my computer rather than unplugging the power cord and plugging it back it?

 

The search feature on linksys.com couldn't find the model you listed. That said, there almost surely is a way to reboot from a web interface or telnet session.

Went to linksys and as Lewg2 said could not find that model.
Did look at these 3 user guides - BEFSX41, BEFSR41 and BEFSR11.
All 3 had the same wording on the reset button -

The Reset button can be used in one of two ways:
If the Router is having problems connecting to the Internet, press the Reset button for just a
second with a paper clip or a pencil tip. This is similar to pressing the Reset button on your PC
to reboot it.
If you are experiencing extreme problems with the Router and have tried all other
troubleshooting measures, press and hold in the Reset button for 30 seconds. This will restore
the factory defaults and clear all of the Router’s settings, such as port forwarding or a new
password.

This could possibly give you an alternative to a hard reboot.

I have the same router, and I don't see any option. I think you are out of luck. If you need to reset your router that often, it's probably an issue with your internet service provider. You might try switching to someone else.
