Software split screen pdf txt

Searching for software that generates a split horizontal (!) screen: one screen pdf, the other txt or docx. Only a few lines in each - see example (from a website) in attachment.

 

Only able to find the below, which is apparently an alpha or beta program:

Appears to do what you wish but only side by side.

Foxit does apparently have a split pane feature, but it simply allows you to view two panes of the same pdf document I believe...not one in a text format.

 

Thanks for the tip, but the program you mention extracts text from pdf-files, not exactly what I'm searching for.

I see also that the linked one is for Macs...rolleyes
