Hi
I would like to get some recomendations on a software that reads the cpu and gpu temperature and displays the HISTORY of the temperature.

ASUS MajorGeek

This will provide current temps/voltage/fan speed etc but no history:

If you have an Asus MOBO you can use "Asus probe", it can mantain a history:
