Software that transfers program files and updates their shorcuts?

    earlier today when i was on another computer i found a software program here but i didn't download it. It basically transfers any folder (program files) and updates their shortcuts so that they work with the new location. I don't remember the name and can't find it again. It was a program that you had to buy, and I can't find it anywhere now. Any help?
