Hey manilka, "comod firewall" is your firewall so if you go on the internet with this computer then you most definitely need that! it is vital to the securuity of your computer!!

"itunes" is a program that can manage your music files for you, and connect to your ipod, this is not needed unless you want to use itunes, which im guessing you wont so you can remove that if you choose

Most of your problems will be solved if you buy and install a new battery for the computer BIOS. Afterwards you press F4 for setup and set the system clock.
