    Hello everyone-

Long time guest, new time registerer:)

I just recieved a virus/trojan on my computer from a friends drive. I've gone through the read and run me first, but they seem to keep coming back. But I digress. My problem is I cannot use combofix or mgtools because I run Vista 64 bit. So my questions:

Are there any similar programs such as combofix? MGTools?

And a stupid questions...will reformating my drive permanently get rid of these virus/trojans?

    Thanks everyone!

    Welcome to Major Geeks!

Download and use the current version of MGtools. It supports x64. And then attach the below logs as requested in the READ & RUN ME.

    • SUPERAntiSpyware
    • Malwarebytes
    • MGlogs.zip
No combofix has no version that runs on x64 systems and no there is not a similar tool or replacement for x64. x64 is not widely supported.
