Here are the logs from the scans I've done. I followed the instructions to the best of my ability. I can't logon onto the net in Safe Mode. I keep getting popups saying I have spyware and I'm getting ads from some Monaco Casino and AdultFriendfinder.com.

My default web site has been changed to this site...http:// ww w.syssecuritysite.net

    here are the scan logs

First, please EXTRACT HijackThis from the ZIP File to a Safer location. Here's how:

    To create a new folder:
    • Click START > My Computer > Local Disc C: > Program Files
    • Now, Right Click on an Empty Area and select New > Folder & name it HijackThis and ENTER
    To Extract HijackThis:
    • Now, Right Click your HijackThis ZIP File and select Extract All > Next > and browse to your newly created HijackThis Folder
    • (C:\Program Files\HJT) and click Next.

After you have completed the above steps to relocate HJT, run it from the new location. Please save your HJT log as a .txt file and attach it via the "Manage Attachments" tool in the Additional Options section when you post.

The reason HJT needs its own safe folder is so that backups will be safely preserved. That way, if a mistake is made in the removal process, the mistakenly deleted entry can be restored.

Next: Do you have Ewido purchased or is it a trial? Have you updated and ran both Windows Defender and Ewido and removed all found infections? If not please do so and attach a fresh HJT log.

Also, before running HJT, all browsers must be closed!

    Re: I've done it all

    barianno,

You didn't attach a fresh HJT log as requested. Please see my previous post on how to re-locate HJT and how to attach the log properly. Please see the part in the READ ME about renaming HJT to "analyse.exe" before scanning.

After you complete these few steps attach a fresh HJT log from normal mode.
