Something is wrong but i dont know what

Let me preface this by saying I have done full system scans with solo, ad-aware, and avast in the last 36ish (since I've noticed the problem) hours and they have turned up diddly squat. So, without further delay, my problem: mah interwebz bee oll jakked uppeded.

The following problems occur exclusively on the web baring the magical, infinite zeros, the cmd incident and DXDIAG.

Image/Video Problems

I noticed this first when trying to post a shot to DA. The picture would appear heavily artifacted and/or jumbled and other times not appear at all. After running around the web a bit, I noticed this happened with many, many images. Again, exclusviely on the web, though. Images appear fine when viewed from drive. Videos take a long time to load, are prone to freezing and crashing. But only on my computer's browsers. Other comps on my network seem fine.

General Internet Problems

Websites are slow to load if they load at all. Frequent freezing. I keep on getting redirected to an empty URL that contains only plain text of its address. I am writing from a different computer so I don't have it on my right this second. I often have to load websites 2 or 3 times to get them to fully load. That is, if they cooperate at all.

General Comp Problems:

Magical, Infinite zeros: Randomly, when I click an area where I can type my computer spams a bunch of zeros until I hit a different key. My keyboard doesn't have any even remotely sticky keys.

One time, when I restarted my comp, some cmd windows popped up then dissappeared. Never happened to me before.

When I open DXDIAG, it doesn't show my mobo make/model even though I've installed the driver. All the other info popped us, though.

MOBO -M5A97 LE R2.0
FX 8320
8GB DD3 RAM
GTX 660

My graphics drivers are up to date. Not sure about my mobo though.
