Sony Ericsson PC Suite, annoying problem

I have this annoying problem with the Sony Ericsson PC Suite, everything I want to send files to my phone with the USB cable and click on the File Transfer icon it comes up with a message saying Initializing Windows Installer, this happens EVERYTIME. So I have to re-install it for it to work and then this error message comes up about a DLL file which is something to do with the File Manager.

Any suggestions on what I can do?? As its really annoying having to install it everytime.
