Sorting Firefox Bookmarks

    Sorting Firefox Bookmarks

    Is it possible to just sort links in Firefox Bookmarks and NOT the Folders?
    In other words sort links A - Z but leave the Folders alone.

    I have lots of Bookmark Links and folders but when i try to sort them it sorts the folders also.

    I have to sort all then move the folders back to where I want them.
    I don't think you can sort just links.
    But careful naming of folders makes that process painless.

    There used to be a bookmark sorting add-on, but the developer abandoned it several years ago due to some controversy with Mozilla.

    The only method I know is to right click on a folder and select Sort By Name, but that will also sort any Sub-Folders.
