Sound driver for onboard audio

the motherboard CD that came w/ the motherboard is not being read by the CD drive, so I downloaded the most recent audio driver from http://www.gigabyte.com.tw/Support/M...ProductID=2889

I saw the .exe install when I opened it, but I'm not sure what happened: On device manager, the microsoft UAA Bus Driver for High Definition Audio has a Yellow !

I had restarted - clicking on properties it says,

Windows cannot initialize the device driver for this hardware. (Code 37)

i found these,

but the registry doesn't have "Upperfilters" or "Lowerfilters"

then the installer lead me http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=901105
