Soundcard constant volume controller

I've had it with adjusting every music track up and down to a nice volume level. Surely there must be some way to have all music played at the same volume. Some sound card volume level control software maybe????

Hi, Goran, Thanks a million for your kind suggestion. I have just found a nice bit of freeware called Volumouse, which is doing the job nicely, but still needs intervention. I'm frankly a cheapskate, Goran, and for a very minor soundcard adon, I can't see the point in paying dollars when there are so many elaborate and wonderful programs on the free list. So I'll stick with my mouse until a good freeby comes along. But your kindness is appreciated.
