Spotty Internet after cleaning Black Internet Virus

A week ago, TimW cleaned my computer from the Black Internet Virus. About two days ago, my internet went spotty. My computer tells me I'm connected but when I load a page, it simply times out. My drivers are fine and my connection seems to be ok as well. Right now, my internet seems to be working fine, but at times will time out or pictures will not load while the rest of the page will. I will call my ISP but wanted to make sure it wasn't some malware.

That file is an update for my audio driver. I d/l it a couple of days ago.

I'm not sure as to what you mean in your last step. Could you clarify? Sorry for the trouble.
