Spy sweeper and spybot problems!

I have done a scan with ad-aware.SE and it finds no problems, its is fully up to date with all the definitions, but i am having problems with Spy sweeper and Spybot-search and destroy. When i run a scan with spy sweeper it always finds 'Heretofind', 'Sqad' and 'TIBS dialer' even tho on the scan b4 i deleated them. the problems i have with spybot is about three quarters through the scan it fails to finish saying Xabot error. I have tryed doing the scans with system restore of but the same thing happens . can any body help?
