spybot search and destroy

when i run spybot every now and then it would ask me do i want to delete files when starting the check. it only gives you a few seconds to say yes or no. i always said yes, and it would delete the files. now when it asks me to delete files and i say yes, it says 284 files are in use and can't be removed. are the files really in use? how do i get rid of the files? and would that cause my computer to run slower? i even deleted and reinstalled spybot search and destroy and it did the same. can anyone help....thx in advance.

 

when i start spybot search and destroy, soon as i click check for problems, spybot says it found 293 temporary files, it says i can increase scanning speed if i allow spybot to delete the temporary files. it gives me like 15 seconds to choose either yes or no. when i click yes, it says 293 files are in use and cannot be removed. i dont know where the temporary files are that spybot is referring to. every time before now, it would find up to about 60-80 temporary files and ask me to remove them and when i clicked yes, it removed them with out any problems.

 

I went into the advanced mode of spybot s&d and clicked on scan reports where it said ran check the other category was problems fixed. i deleted some scan reports. and then i deleted something else from advanced mode, i was nervous something would mess up, but it didnt. i ran spybot s&d and it only showed 4 temp files and immediately started scanning. i downloaded the c cleaner and so far it has been stellar thanks!!! sped up cpu.
