Spybot vs. Adware

Whichever you prefer. One will find stuff the others dont in all cases, but they all remove what needs to be done and the differences is usually cookies, which are often harmless and helpful to you.

That article says the same thing, some finds stuff the other does not, depends when last updated, etc. Frankly, either one in my tests does well, latest versions and each leaves behind usually something mior, reg entry, maybe a cookie or two. My tests were using the newer Spybot. Depends on what you call spyware, what is, what isnt and thats why some find things the other dont and why some claim to be better then others.
