    This thing seems to be updated every other day compared to a week or more
    with these others you mentioned.I do have these others going too. I say the
    more roadblocks you can put up the better off you are.
    I also have AdAware and Spybot S&D and McAfee anti-virus plus your reccomended IE settings.
