Just empty your Norton N-protect folder that is protecting your recycle bin.

Perhaps it is empty already. You don't need to do the manual steps if you already did the steps using the first part of the solution (that is using the Norton feature itself).

Panda indicated your Nprotect folder was here:

    C:\RECYCLER\NPROTECT

and that there were a few items in it. Perhaps you got them removed now. You could just look yourself or run Panda again.

Where can i find that C:\RECYCLER\NPROTECT cause i did a search and nothing came up.I'm running another panda scan right now i'll let you know what happens

Btw i ran ewido and it deleted 22 traces of cookies/spyware

That is where you find it! It is a normally a hidden folder. Did you do step 2 of the READ & RUN ME? Use Windows Explorer to look for it not search.

You really do not have any malware issues according to your logs. If you want to be sure then run all steps in the READ & RUN ME sticky thread.

They are just cookies and apparently you are not removing the items from the Nprotect folder. I'm not sure why you are having a problem doing that. It is pretty straight forward. Perhaps you should just uninstall Norton and stop using it. The feature is nothing but a big pain especially in the malware world. If you don't know how to use it, it is of no use to you anyway.

Cookies are normal! The only way to avoid them is not to surf.

Also when you delete stuff you have to remember that they will eventually get into NProtect meaning you have to remove them multiple time in order to really delete them.

All that means is you did not have anything in NProtect that Panda was picking up.

Cookies will always be on you PC after any surfing session no matter which websites you go to (even here).

If someone at any point in time deleted them, they would go to Recycle which Nprotect is protecting. They would remain in Nprotect until you physically remove them.
