Starting CoD directly into Command Line Mode?

    I'm having a large lan of CoD soon and i want to use a large Business server and some gigabyte lan to handle the large group. The server only has a 8mb video card so i cant start the game in graphical mode so i was wondering if thier is a way to start directly into command line mode?

    Start it with the line +set dedicated 1. Gives you a dedicated server, which is just a command line window. If you want it to be public, set it to 2.
