   While login to guest user account on windows xp
   
   I get a popup screen everytime I startup the guest user account on my machine
   
   The popup is a notepad with the following written inside:
   
   [.ShellClassInfo]
   LocalizedResourceName=@%SystemRoot%\system32\shell32.dll,-21787
   
   what is this?
   
   How do I fix this popup?
