Steps Followed - Fresh Logs. HELP!

    I have followed the steps. Posted a complaint about Malware some days ago and its back!
    Today Avast found a Trojan named Win32:Zlob-HM in my Temporary Internet Files.
    Went into safe mode did all the scans and saved all the logs and also scanned with CCleaner. Now it appers to be gone...at least i hope.

    Oh and also. Last time i missed the renaming of Hijackthis.exe but now i got it all cleared up. The remaining 3:
