Still Multiple Problems with WIN8 Months-on, Now...

For instance, in Windows 8, here's one problem that I have not been able to figure-out/find a work-around, for:

I cannot (SEEMINGLY) set a home-page (AND have it STAY set) without setting it in the Admin User Acct., which means both (all) accounts must share the same home page.

In other words, my home page in the "Standard" or "Limited" User Account, which is what I have long understood one is to normally (99.9% of the time) access the internet with, must be set the same as the Admin User Acct and vice-versa.

This occurs to me as being absolutely ludicrous (in addition to being rather insane).

Is there any help available for this "issue", please?

 

*EDIT* - PLEASE DISREGARD/DELETE/WHATEVER THIS ENTIRE POST...I AM HAVING SO MANY CONSTANT/ON-GOING "TECHIE" PROBLEMS (SINCE SPENDING MY HARD-EARNED MONEY ON A WINDOWS 8 "LICENSE") I BARELY KNOW WHICH END IS UP ANYMORE ... I HAVE "FIGURED-OUT" (AFTER 10-DAYS) THIS PARTICULAR ISSUE...I JUST DON'T HAVE TIME TO FIGURE THEM ALL OUT* * *

Thought after 10-days this post deserved a bump, in a simple attempt to once again have a user-friendly PC . . . .
