Still Not Scanning!!

I WANT to proceed with the advice in the sticky to clean out my comp but i know it will be a waste of time right now. Any scans i have done on my own including NAV and any of the online scans for viruses and trojans ect.. all stop midway at the same point and then everything freezes up. It seems to be at Temporary Internet files\Content.IE5\3WJGBD\CAY404EU.bin

I have tried to get at this file to possibly delete it but as soon as i go near the temporary internet files I get error warning and everything freezes. Also tried all these measures in safe mode and same result. Would like to correct this so i can follow advice in the forum sticky. Sorry to be a pain!

Clean your temp files and internet cache using CCleaner (Download lnk in sticky)

 

Shadow Puter Dude - Followed your advice and ran CCleaner and it stopped that scan as well. I am very frustrated!!

Please help!!!!!! Serious problems with computor. I know im infected but NO scans will work due to this file. Everything i have tried freezes. I use my comp for business stuff and desperately need it sorted! So sorry to be a pain but NEED ADVICE!! I have tried to delete (in safe mode also).
