Please help me. Whenever i turn on my computer (HP Pavilion p7-1047c) a blue screen comes on telling me "STOP: C0000135 The program can't start becuase %hs is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling program to fix this problem." I attached the FRST.txt file that FRST64.exe gave me. Please help me resolve my problem.

    Welcome to MajorGeeks, mr3t

[IMG] Boot to System Recovery Options and run FRST again.
Type the below bolded text in the edit box after "Search:".

    user32.dll

    Then click the Search button.

It will make a log (Search.txt) on the flash drive. Please attach this log to your next reply. (How to attach)

I need one more search to be completed. This time look for this file: winlogon.exe

Attach the latest Search.txt when finished.

NOTICE: This script was written specifically for this user, for use on that particular machine. Running this on another machine may cause damage to your operating system

    Attached is fixlist.txt
    • Save fixlist.txt to your flash drive.
    • You should now have both fixlist.txt and FRST64.exe on your flash drive.

    Now re-enter System Recovery Options.
Run FRST64 and press the Fix button just once and wait.
The tool will make a log on the flashdrive (Fixlog.txt).
Please attach this to your next message. (How to attach)

    Now attempt to boot normally.

I attached the fixlog.txt, but now when i turn on my computer it shows me STOP: c000007b {Bad Image} winsrv is either not designed to run on windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support. Thank you very much for helping me.

    Try this:

    • Go into System Recovery Options
    • Choose Startup Repair from the list of options.
    • Let me know what messages you receive afterwards.

It has told me to restart the computer to complete the repairs although when i did it shows me the same message as last time

Choose startup repair once more and let me know the message(s) received this time.
If bootup still fails, attach a new FRST log for me to review.

Now when i open startup repair it shows me the recovery manager i attached the latest FRST.txt file

What's the recovery manager? Go into more detail on what happened when you attempted to run Startup Repair.

This log looks fine by the way. According to this log, the system hasn't booted successfully since April 28th, 2012. Is this correct?

The recovery manager shows me options I have, such as to perform a system restore perform a system recovery or back up my files and the last time I used my computer was a few weeks ago.

Try the following fixlist.txt with FRST.
Remember to attach the Fixlog.txt when finished.

Who's fixlog did you attach? Because it was not from the fixlist I gave you.

Something isn't right here. You said you were experiencing c0000135 %hs but the logs you have attached (FRST.txt) show no indication of a ZeroAccess infection.

Please verify that you are attaching your logs and not someone else's.

Currently when I turn on my computer it shows me a different message that says "STOP: c000007b {Bad Image} winsrv is either not designed to run on windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support." I tried fixing it again and attached another fixlog.txt and I scanned it again and put a new FRST.txt file

I'm not sure. Your FRST logs have all been clean. Since this does not appear to be a malware related issue preventing startup, you should try the Software forum for additional assistance.
Good luck and be safe :)
