Stop sign spyware remover icon on desktop.

    Hi my name is antoinette and have nasty browser hijacker and virus icons on desktop say cheap holiday travel and internet dating I believe also ran avg free ad-aware se spy sweeper, spyware doctor and zone alarm pro. The only thing that helped was Spyware Doctor or was it Spy Sweeper? Which ever one keeps you from being re-directed to every site but the one you want which is also something that I have on my computer along with various trojan downloaders and backdoor agents. It took 4-5 different programs that I had to go out and buy just to get my system cleaned up enough to get to u guys. Any and all help is greatly appreciated been fighting this thing for 3 days now. Sincerely, Antoinette Ps. Could somebody tell me what driver I need for my audio I have no sound had to do a fresh install 2 mo ago when we got this same virus and just can't seem to find what I need.

    You have signs of a Look2Me infection in your log.

    Please follow our standard cleaning procedures which are necessary for us to provide you support. Also there are steps included for installing, running, and posting HijackThis logs as attachments.
    • Run ALL the steps in this Sticky thread READ & RUN ME FIRST Before Asking for Support
    • Make sure you check version numbers and get all updates.
    • Very Important: Make sure you tell us the results from running the tutorial...was anything found? Were you unable to complete any of the scans?...Were you unable to download any of the tools?...Did you do the on-line scans as suggested? etc.
    • After doing ALL of the above you still have a problem make sure you have booted to normal mode and run the steps in the below link to properly use HijackThis and attach a log:
    • When you return to make your next post, make sure you attach the following logs and that you have run these scans in the following order too (these scans are covered in steps 6 & 7 of the READ & RUN ME sticky)
      • Bitdefender
      • Panda Scan
      • HijackThis
