Store Not Working

I am running win 10 pro and the store icon is not working. I have tried everything including a reinstall. When I click on it the first time after a boot up it comes up and then goes back down. After that it doesn't do anything. Hope some one has a good explanation for me and a Fix, Thanks guys and gals for the rewards.

This is what I get with the wsreset.exe cmd. Just found this, so maybe I should wait and see what is happening with it.
