Strange File Type

    I was cleaning out a temp file and came across to strange file types. I've never heard of these before and hope someone can tell me what the heck they are. They are called (according to Properties) 59765393 & 59765394 files. Anyone heard of or seen these? If so, WHAT the heck are they and how did they get on my computer? I tried opening them, but Windows (XP) couldn't open them.
