strange happenings-HELP

    I can't run symantec or Kapersky scans but running IE7 and scripting enabled. I can't delete private data from firefox but have the download history and saved passwords checked off, items are greyed out in popup box. Email adddress book hijacked since I get emails to myself I didn't send for viagra and Rolex. System is slow. Windows restore does not work. All restore points more than two weeks old were unavailable. I ran superantispyware, spybot and combo fix. I trieed to upload to majorgeeks but get invalid thread.
