Streaming Video

    I use dreamweaver mx... Anyway, I wanna know how to stream video from my site, or at least how to have it for download...

    So I guess Ill be more specific. The videos are my videos... They are .mov files. I want people to be able to dowload them from the site or stream them. What exactly do I need to do for that? Do I have to have a program? Can dreamweaver do that?
