strongvault and sos messaging

Somehow I ended up with strongvault on my computer. I went to add/remove programs and tried to remove but get message that windows is running in safe mode or that windows may not be installed correctly. I came here and followed the threads and have done all the scanning and what not but nothing seems to help. Now I can not open internet explorer, my search tool, and many other things on my computer. The only way I can get online is with google chrome at the moment. I ran the norton scan but that didnt help either. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I can try now to get this off my computer and get my computer going again. I would appreciate any and all help.

You need to be in the malware section

If you've downloaded the MGTools and run them and have your logs, then post in the malware removal section. Attach the logs to your post. http://forums.majorgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=35407
