Stuck In A Restart Loop

Hi, I have an Asus laptop that came pre-loaded with Windows 8.1. It's never had any problems before, but a few days ago when I was trying to start it, a blue screen popped up that said "Your PC ran into a problem and needs to re-start." The PC re-starts but is stuck in a loop where it just keeps going back to that blue screen and then re-starts again.

Does anyone have any advice on how to get out of this loop?

Two things:

1. You need to stop the (default) automatic restart when a BSOD occurs

You may need to get into Windows Safe Mode to do this:

2. You need this FREE program BlueScreenView so that after a BSOD you will get a detailed analysis of what caused it
