Stuck In Safe Mode

Hi;

I was having problems with Windows XP Pro. Had difficulity, getting into safe mode, but finally got into sm. Once I got into safe mode I was unabl to do anything, reboots back into safe mode, ran the repair on XP cd install, when completed it seems to boot up fine, but when it completes, it is in safe mode with no ability do do anything once I am in sm.

Any suggestions would appreciated, I really don't want to lose what is contained on the hard drive.

Welcome to MGs Sparky747, I'm not sure if this will work in your case but it did work for me on a pc I was working on got stuck in Safe Mode. Go into the BIOS and go to Load Default Setting and click yes then save the settings.
