submission process error

Filled out on-line form, pdf format. Form has submit button which I cued. Error message "Error occurred during submission process. Cannot process content of type text/html."

If I read this, the form could not be sent due to whatever type/text...means.
That makes no sense to me at all. They supply the form in the format it is in, set it up so I can transmit it electronically, and then I get an error message it cannot be sent in that format??

It may be a temporary server error, or it may be a general error how that form was set up.

Does that site has a contact / support address where you could ask for directions?

 

If there is, I haven't found it.
I found a phone contact #, but that seems more to be tied into completing the form.
Will look at the site more tomorrow, it has several sections to it.
