Sudden Burst Of Screen Freeze And Friendly Blue Screen

Over the last few weeks I am being driven up the wall with sudden screen freeze of friendly blue screens. The info on the blue screens is always different, the last one stated "programme trying to write to read only file?"

I've malwared, spywared, CC cleaner, events section, restore...getting to the point now of considering doing a complete factory recovery!! So if you can help it would be appreciated Thanks.

 

Never seen a 'friendly' BSOD
You need to say what the exact Operating System is (and any Service Pack if installed).
If your system is automatically restarting after a BSOD, then stop that happening.

1. Factory restore is a software solution. You might have a hardware problem so you'd be wasting time trying to fix hardware by using a software fix.
2. If the Bluescreens are all different, you might have a RAM problem? have you run memTest 86+ to test your sticks?
