Suddenly a Faster W98se... Why?..

W98se, 600mhtz, 128 Ram, old desktop Compaq... I'm trying to make this beater run as fast I can get it... SeaMonkey loads in 3.5 seconds... I'd like to make it 2 seconds.. but I think I've done everything I can find to speed it up to its max... The ram is maxed out for this old Mboard...

Is it wise to strip things off the Startup?..

I recently downloaded the trial of "Acronis True Image".. and found the PC running a little bit faster immediately after the install..???

Got any ideas why?.. I'm thinking maybe they concocted a segment of software that just might be part of a w98 OS supercharger if developed further... This item deserves more research... After-all, most PC's in the world are running W98... At the least, it would sell Big...
