Suggestions for replacing my video card...

ABIT RX700PRO-256PCIE Radeon X700PRO 256MB GDDR3 PCI Express x16 Video Card - Retail

That's what I had from newegg last year at this time for $207

It started crashing when I would play Civ 4 or BFME and figured it was my card so I figure with bfme 2 coming out I need a new card...

What is as good or better...but around $100-150 now? Or should I spend a certain amount more and get something significantly nicer?

I gotta get another gig of RAM...and the game so I am trying to do it all for around $300...not a huge gamer cuz of my new career and my 360 so don't need a super crazy card but definitely want to keep this machine solid for the next 2 years...

Should add I would like to do Hi Def too if that is an option...

a 6600gt is almost the same as a x700, they have nearly the same specs. A better deal would be a x850 or a 6800gs/gt or a 7800gt. Ill get u some links when i have more time.

those are all great cards for under 200. Good luck finding what u want!
