Not one google hit for "ASNI_BIT_STRING". Could it be ANSI instead of ASNI?

How long has this been occurring? Have you tried a restore point before this box started popping up?

Are you sure there isn't a DLL name at the end of that message?

at the end of the message after not located in the dynamic link library avgntopensslx.dll.
this message came up after going broadband

Do you, or did you at any time have AVG (anti-virus) installed?

If you do have it installed, one or more modules are missing or corrupt: reinstall the latest AVG 2013.

If you don't have AVG installed, remove the item from the startup list. Removing startup items is very easy if you have CCleaner installed. Do you?

I had avg 2013 installed by someone else but will call AVG to see how to fix it.Ta
