Switched Drive Letters

    On a recent System Restore, 2 of my drives switched letters.

    My D drive was always for Data
    My E drive was always for (stored) software

    Now they're switched and I want to switch them back

    How do I do that?

    Are you on windows xp yes?
    If so go into control panel > administrative tools > computer management > click on disk management on the left hand side (near the bottom) and you're partitions should appear > right click partition > choose change drive letter and paths.
