Symantic Email. messages keep popping up

saying they are unavailable to be delivered, yet I am not sending any messages. I believe it is just a message scanner, not sure, but it becomes very annoying....Possibly a related issue is I have some spyware that simply cant be removed, it has been detected by spybot and spybot simply cant get rid of it. The spyware is ISearchTech.SideFind and I have already done everything from the opening page advisory list from this site and it helped greatly, but this one it can resolve the issue. I would greatly appreciate any efforts of help...Thanks a lot
