Sync Bookmarks Between Browsers?

    System: Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit

    I would like to keep my bookmarks for IE, Firefox & Chrome in sync. I do NOT want to use a cloud based solution or a solution that requires an Internet connection. Rather, I want a utility on my laptop with which I could press a button and Firefox & Chrome bookmarks would automatically be updated to be identical to the IE favorites.
    Thoughts?
